Our Name. Our Mark.
Naming this company Adonai Alliances was not a branding exercise. It was a declaration.
Adonai is one of the most sacred names in all of Scripture — the Hebrew word spoken in place of YHWH, the name of God too holy to be uttered. It translates as “My Lord.”
Naming this company Adonai Alliances was not a branding exercise. It was a declaration — that this business is built on something bigger than commerce, and that every alliance formed here is rooted in something deeper than a transaction.
Look closely at our logo. The “A” in Alliances is the Ichthys — the ancient Christian fish symbol used by early believers as a quiet mark of shared faith. Visible to those who recognize it. Elegant to those who do not. Our standalone icon carries the same intention: the Ichthys at the top, a cursive alpha in its body, and the tail looping down into the omega. A declaration, not a decoration.
ADONAI sits above everything in our wordmark, the way He sits on the throne of this company. Every alliance we form is one He brought to us, and we answer to Him for how we keep it. ALLIANCES, bold and anchoring below, is what holds this company up. Only because He holds us.
Faith. Integrity. Respect. Excellence. That is not a business strategy. That is a calling.
The Career
She didn't just sell. She invented a strategy twenty years ahead of its time.
Kim learned the business where nothing is given: the agency side, in Direct Response. Every move since has been about building what didn't exist yet.
In 2004, she was asked to open her company's first multicultural Hispanic ad sales office. There was no playbook, so she wrote one: English‑language networks that bilingual Hispanic viewers favored, cable zones in the neighborhoods where they lived, and Spanish‑language commercials running inside English‑language shows. The industry now has a name for that strategy. She was doing it twenty years ago, with a Fortune 500 advertiser. That office is still open today.
At Univision and then Vme, she opened new business no one had thought to pursue and built sponsorships and original programming partnerships instead of selling spots. The revenue followed. Then came 2020. New business dried up across the industry, and Kim built anyway: one account worth $6 million, close to $10 million overall. One rep. In a pandemic.
The Choice
She walked away from $200,000 because what she stands for is not negotiable.

In 2022, Kim Fabian had to choose.
After a decade as one of the company’s top New Business Development Directors, she was asked to compromise something she wasn't willing to compromise. So she walked away — from a $200,000 salary, from the security, from the title — because what she stands for is not negotiable.
What she carried out the door was 25 years of experience, a reputation built from the ground up, and a vision for something the industry didn't have — a media company with a soul. Adonai Alliances was born in 2022. Named not for Kim, but for the Lord.
Why This Company
Most rep firms are all sales. Most agencies are all buyers. We are both.
Most rep firms are built entirely of sales people. Most agencies are built entirely of buyers. Adonai Alliances is built of both. That changes everything about how a campaign is planned, a buy is evaluated, a result is reported, and a client is served.
We work independently — not beholden to corporate stakeholders, not driven by internal quotas, not answering to a holding company. We answer to our clients and to a standard higher than any quarterly number.
Our team brings more than 50 years at national rep firms and agencies, working with hundreds of brands, from Fortune 500 national advertisers to emerging ones. Some of the most valuable client relationships in this industry were built before those brands were household names. We believe in getting there early — and staying.
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you.”
