Adonai Alliances

The question every serious client asks. Here is the honest answer.

There are a lot of media companies. What makes Adonai Alliances different is not what we say. It is what we can show you.

Pillar 1 — We Know Both Sides of This Business

Kim Fabian, Chief Executive Officer of Adonai Alliances
KIM FABIANFounder & CEO

Most rep firms are built entirely of sales people. Most agencies are built entirely of buyers. Adonai Alliances began with one of each.

Two assistants, Kim Fabian and Louba Lababedi, starting out in the least glamorous department in media: Direct Response, where every spot is counted, every call is tracked, and nothing is handed to you that you haven’t earned. They learned the business from the ground floor, and somewhere between the twelve‑hour days and the paychecks that barely covered lunch, two colleagues became sisters.

Then the business did what it does and sent them to opposite sides of the table. Kim became a seller. Louba became a buyer. For decades they negotiated across from each other and learned exactly what the other side protects, values and fights for.

They never lost each other. And now they sit on the same side.

Adonai Alliances is where two careers come full circle: the instinct of a buyer and the relationships of a veteran seller, working the same campaign. Kim finds the opportunity no one else is working. Louba holds every rep accountable and weighs every option until the plan works as one. Strategy and tactics, finally in the same room.

What began with two has grown into a team built the same way: buyers and sellers, agency and rep‑firm veterans, each bringing a different lens to the same campaign. Most firms see a campaign through one lens. Every Adonai campaign is seen through several.

That is the difference. More than 50 years of buying and selling, on one team, working for one side. Yours.

Pillar 2 — We Work Independently. That Changes Everything.

Adonai Alliances is not a division of a holding company. We are not beholden to preferred vendor agreements, internal quotas, or corporate stakeholders telling us where to place your budget.

We answer to you. And to a standard higher than any quarterly number.

We don't wait for good news to call you. That's not accountability. That's salesmanship.

“Kim, Louba and their team didn’t just execute a buy. They architected a campaign. They work like it’s their own money on the line.”

Pillar 3 — The Results Speak

Six campaigns. Every number documented.

Pillar 4 — The Methodology Behind the Numbers

Weighted Delivery Index

We measure delivery the way your budget experiences it: every impression delivered, divided by every impression you paid for, across the whole campaign. Some reports average each market’s percentage instead, which lets a small market’s big win hide a large market’s shortfall. We never do. You see the real number, and we walk you through it.

Hide the example

Imagine a campaign in two markets. The large market buys 1,000,000 impressions and receives 900,000, or 90%. The small market buys 100,000 and receives 150,000, or 150%.

Averaging the two percentages gives 120%. It looks like a win.

Adding up every impression gives 1,050,000 delivered out of 1,100,000 purchased: 95.5%. The large market, where most of the budget went, fell short, and the average hid it.

That is why we report weighted delivery. The number matches what you actually received.

Proactive Bonus Spot Reporting

Bonus spots are extra airings a campaign receives at no added cost. Many reps leave them off the report, quietly protecting next year’s budget. We report every one. Each is a real impression against your audience, earned on your behalf, and you should see the full value of what you bought. Integrity means showing the whole picture, even when it costs us leverage. Clients who see everything tend to stay.

Branded Quarterly Summaries

Every campaign recap is a polished, branded document — market by market, month by month, network by network. Not a raw export. A deliverable that reflects the same care and excellence we put into the campaign itself.

Pillar 5 — The Foundation No Competitor Can Replicate

We do this work as unto the Lord. That changes everything about how it gets done.

Everything described above flows from a single source.

We do this work under the direction of a Higher Power. That is not a tagline. It is an operating principle. It means we are accountable to a standard that exists whether or not a client is watching, whether or not a quarter is hard, and whether or not the truth is comfortable.

Faith. Integrity. Respect. Excellence. That is not a business strategy. That is a calling. And it is the reason that when things get difficult — because in media, sometimes they do — our clients hear from us first.

Every alliance begins with a conversation. We don’t take every opportunity. We take the right ones.

“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you.”

— Numbers 6:24–25
